How is that made?

This is where it starts, a pattern.
A skeleton is made to form the shape.
Once the layers have dried, we can remove the clamps.

This started with a plywood template.

Now layers of bending plywood are glued and clamped to the skeleton.

Starting to take shape!

We start with making a skeleton in the shape of the vanity, We then apply multiple layers of thin stock glued together to form the face frame of the unit.

Final project installed!
The next step is to apply a layer of veneer to the plywood faces and edges to form the doors

Once the frame has been formed we can use it to shape the doors. Layers of bending plywood form the doors with a layer of wood veneer for the surface.

And Voila!
